Everybody's Back Home

Well, we now have all the chicks in the coupe. At least for another week. Abby is home from TBar M camp and Livy has returned from camp Nonny. They are a little tired but said they enjoyed there adventures. I have added some pictures of the closing cerimonies at TBar M and a little video of Livy playing golf.

TBarM Camp

This past weekend we took Abby, our middle child, to camp TBarM. She will be there for a week. This is her second summer at camp and she is fortunate to have a close friend, Kate, that goes with her. She seems to really enjoy camp and was excited to get there. Although in some of the pictures she kinda looks like she is having second thoughts. Maybe it’s just first day jitters. This will be Abby’s last year to go to TBarM. Next year, if she goes to a camp, it will be at Camp Travis which is for grades 7-11. When you are in 6th grade at TBarM you are LOC. This means Leaders of Camp. So they will have some additional responsibilities this year.

Head on over to the
Photo Albums to see some pictures of us arriving at camp. I will also try and take some pictures of when we pick her up later next week.

TBarM is a Christian camp located in New Braunfels. Here is the
link to the camp’s website if you want to learn more TBarM .

July 4th Weekend

I hope everyone had a great July 4th weekend. We sure did. We all loaded up in the family truckster, yes the dog went with us, and headed northwest to Temple for a visit with Nonny and Poppy. Usually they have a big fireworks show at the Wildflower Country Club. This year, since it was so dry, they cancelled the fireworks. Bummer....

The girls decorated the golf cart and we had a good time visiting and catching up. I took a few pictures that I put in the
Photo Albums Section under July 4th.

We also went and watched McKenna, the girls cousin, in her swim meet. She previously qualified for state in the 50 meter. Not bad....not bad at all. I included some pictures of the swim meet, but they aren’t very good because I didn’t have the right lens on the camera.
